I work in Market research and write in my spare time. I have spent a lot of time in education and have three degrees from various places. I make good use of London, and am well acquainted with its galleries, theatres, cinemas, adult education institutes, salsa dancing clubs, pubs, indian restaurants, bookshops, and public conveniences. I am currently learning to drive, speak French and play the guitar, a situation which hasn't changed much in the last five years. Articles by this contributor

Director Pen-Ek Ratanaruang is an auteur, who likes to play with the audience’s expectations, to create a world where what is real and unreal become confused. At the same time, his skills at narrative and dialogue show he can also deliver emotional honesty and warmth where one doesn’t expect it.
